Lighthouse Country Marine Centre
Users are responsible for ensuring that:-
only authorized people are on the premises at any time - LCMRS members, DBYC members, guests of the two organizations and groups or individuals who have prior permission from the House Committee
the cleanliness (and orderliness) of the Centre after use is as good as or better than the cleanliness/orderliness before use
the Centre is left in a safe and secure state following use; i.e. doors, windows locked, propane tank valve turned off inside (panel switch) and outside (knob)
the washroom and toilet facilities are left clean, flushed and functioning
the BBQ facilities are left clean, shut off and covered
all trash and recyclables are removed from the premises
empty propane tanks are refilled and returned within a week of use. Obtain reimbursement from the House Committee (http://unit59.ca/LCMCRentalContacts.html).
the fireplace, appliances (except refrigerator), lights and other electrical equipment are left de-energized
the Centre is not damaged due to activities related to use
damage, should it result from their use, is repaired at the user's cost
any issues with the Centre are addressed immediately or brought to the attention of the House Committee.
